Tarot

Tarot cards are a form of divination, which literally means working with the divine, or your higher self, which is the ultimate purpose of tarot cards, just like yoga. Tarot cards hold endless amounts of symbolism—but you might not know that it's also deeply connected to astrology. For example: Each zodiac sign is represented by a card in the Major Arcana.

History

Tarot has been used in different regions of our world like France, Germany, Portugal, Italy, Iran, China and India for visualising our future but in different forms, decks and names. Just like a deck of playing cards, but the difference is the imagery on each card. Each card is represented by an image and symbol denoting the outcome of our query. Some consider it as astrology, to make predictions, but some consider the outcome of the cards is a result of our energy flowing at that particular time.
In olden times there used to be card readers sitting on the streets in India, the only difference then was that the card was picked by a parrot. Even at those times it was used for predicting your future and similarly the tarot cards too, predict the future.

Belief

People who are dismayed and disillusioned from their circumstances, look for guidance from the divine, and tarot is one of the many ways to connect to your divinity within.
Then there are those who have seen positive results from tarot card reading and continue doing so. And there are even those who strongly believe in nature and look for signs from the creator to embark on a decision through these cards.
